1. Navigate to the Self-Care Portal
(e.g. https:CUCM_IP_ADDRESS > Click Self Care Portal)
2. Sign in with your UserID and Password
3. Choose Phones > Phone Settings > Phone Contacts
4. Select the Create New Contact Button.
5. Enter the information. Cisco recommends that enter the phone numbers in E.164 format.
6. Select the Save button
7. Your Contacts will now show up in your Personal Directory on your phone.
