To access the Self Care Portal follow the below mentioned steps please:

On an Internet browser type in the URL: https://<CUCM IP Address>/ucmuser
Use the User ID used for that user in CUCM and LDAP password to login
On the Self Care Portal, the user can configure their own preferred Speed Dial, Phone Contacts, Ring Settings etc.
