To enable recording on a phone, follow the steps below:


  • Navigate to CUCM > Device > Phone
  • Select the desired phone from the list
  • On the Phone portal, press on the Line [1] button from the left pane.



  • On the Line portal, configure the following:
    • Recording Option: Automatic Call Recording Enabled
    • Recording Profile: Choose the appropriate Recording Profile
    • Recording Media Source: Select the appropriate recording method depending on your configuration
