To enable recording on a phone, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to CUCM > Device > Phone
- Select the desired phone from the list
- On the Phone portal, press on the Line [1] button from the left pane.
- On the Line portal, configure the following:
- Recording Option: Automatic Call Recording Enabled
- Recording Profile: Choose the appropriate Recording Profile
- Recording Media Source: Select the appropriate recording method depending on your configuration
