To configure DND on your Cisco phones, please refer to the following instructions:
Configure a Softkey Template:
1. Navigate to CUCM > Device > Device Settings > Softkey Template
2. Press Add New
3. From the drop down box, select the Standard User
4. Press Copy
4. Give the template a custom name different than Standard User
5. Press Save
6. From the drop-down box on the right corner of the page, press Go
7. From the Unselected Softkeys on the left side, select Toggle Do Not Disturb (DND) and press the arrow key as highlighted in a red box.
8. Press Save
Assign the Template to the Phone:
1. Go to Device > Phone and select the desired phone.
2. Assign the newly configured Softkey Template in the Softkey Template field.
3. Finally, Save the template and press Apply Config.
