Please read all of the below steps first before configuring
Requirements
- Cisco Unity Connection(CUC) Admin Credentials
- Chrome or FireFox Browser

Procedures
- Sign in to CUC administration
- Go to Holiday Schedules under System Settings
- Create a new holiday schedule and name it with the department as below so it is easy to find from the list of holidays
4. Go to System Call Handler > Find a Call Handler that you want to apply to > Select
5. Click View > Set Holiday Schedule as below picture > Save
