Please read all of the below steps first before configuring


Requirements

  • Cisco Unity Connection(CUC) Admin Credentials
  • Chrome or FireFox Browser

Procedures

  1. Sign in to CUC administration
  2. Go to Holiday Schedules under System Settings
  3. Create a new holiday schedule and name it with the department as below so it is easy to find from the list of holidays

        4. Go to System Call Handler > Find a Call Handler that you want to apply to  > Select

        5. Click View > Set Holiday Schedule as below picture > Save
