To add a user for email notification of a particular voicemail box, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to CUC > Users
- Click on the desired voicemail box from the Users list
- On the User page, press on Edit > Notification Devices
- Press Add New
- From the Notification Device Type,select HTML
- Give it a Display Name
- Select the appropriate HTML Template
- Check the Allow voicemail as attachments box.
- Press Save
